Duffy Constructions is owned and operated by John Duffy. John leads the team at Duffy Constructions which consists of 3 full-time builders, Brendan, Ryan and Josh who have worked as a team for many years. The team is supplemented by an extensive network of regular and trusted contractors in areas such as electrical, plumbing, plastering and painting, as well as an extensive network of trade suppliers.
The ‘Duffy Constructions’ name is well known around the lower North Shore, having completed a large number of renovations and new builds for many satisfied customers. Many fine examples of the team’s work can be found in Willoughby, Northbridge, Chatswood, Mosman, North Sydney, Kirribilli and a number of suburbs in the inner-west and Hunters Hill areas.

This philosophy is implemented by providing a personalised service whereby John works directly with the owners as well as their architects, draftsman, designers and other professionals to agree on a quality, cost effective, and workable solution given any constraints which the site may give rise to.

Assessing the site up front and matching the conditions to the planned extensions, landscaping, or new build, make for a much more cost effective construction process.
